Life in Singapore
It has been approximately 3 weeks since I left Melaka for Singapore. The reason I make my trip down here is to look for a job. After so many interviews, after so many rejection of job offers, finally I got the job I wanted. Now I have to settle all my documents which I have to submit to the company to and later on to the Ministry of Manpower. Main problem now is I don't have my freaking cert and will only get it on the 12August. Hopefully everything goes well.
The whole 3 weeks here that I have gone through are enjoyable, painful and full of starvation at times. I did a lot of window shopping at Orchard as is Great Singapore Sales but sadly sales has ended last weekend. I got myself a CK bag, a white tempting bag. Things are way more expensive here compare to Malaysia.
I din have a chance to visit Solomon. :( He has been in KL and Melaka when I am not around. Hais.. hopefully I can meet up with him when he is in Singapore. Mei, Ping, Susan all said he is extremly cute.
Finally, Esplanade here I come. Took some pics for remembrance. After that went watch Stupid Harry Potter. Drop dead boring movie. Wasted money and time and taxi fare as it was a midnight movie. Taxi fares 50% more than the usual price. And hell yeah Singapore taxi is dam expensive, known as money sucking car. Haha..
Time to sleep. I have to make my way down to Orchard again tomorrow. Nite
